Procedures & Fines

The City of Elaine court is held at every 3rd Wednesday at the VoTech Building at 406 S. Elm street.

The docket is the schedule of the court. Defendants will be expected to adhere to the procedures and protocol of the court at all times, including proper attire. All mobile devices, including phones, must be turned off. Photography and audio recordings are prohibited. No food or drink will be allowed in the court room at any time.

If you would like to pay the citation before the court day, so you do not have to appear, you may log in and pay your fine online and you will not be required to appear for court.
